In this episode, Heath and Josh sit down with Cody, the founder of Snip and Tip, a nonprofit dedicated to trapping, spaying or neutering, and returning feral cats to help control overpopulation in a humane way.

Cody shares how everything began with just a few stray cats living around a local gas station. What started as simply putting out food and wanting to help quickly turned into learning about trap-neuter-return and taking action. As word spread, more people began reaching out for help, and the small effort grew into a full-fledged organization.

Today, Snip and Tip spays and neuters around 3,000 cats each year. The episode highlights how one person’s decision to help a handful of cats turned into a mission that’s making a huge impact in the community.
