Several new Android phones have recently been announced, and several of them have notches at the top of their displays. I'm not one that usually cares about who was first with a new feature or who is copying whom, but I think there are couple of interesting points to make in light of this new development. Also, is Amazon's Alexa randomly giving people creepy laughs? I discuss that story with a focus on the user privacy implications.
