This episode comes on the heel of Natasha "Tater" Fitch's birthday and my one-week hiatus......In this episode we take on the thought that everybody that asks for help (in any way) doesn't always want the help you may offer. Sometimes people just want you to waste your breath. With that, we have to use our super-power to fend off these negative vibes or people and that super-power is discernment.   

I'll give a few ways to recognize when someone is wasting your time and also how to level up your thinking.
