This week we’re keeping it short and sweet! (Probably like some of you are hoping the holiday with your families go) In this episode I’ll tell you the story of Christmas Disease! I will tell you it’s not a form of diabetes that you get from indulging in too many Christmas goodies. What you don’t know (unless you listen) is if it’s a disease where tinsel comes out of your blowhole! How festive right?
