A 4 year girl fell off of the Disney Dream cruise ship into the ocean. Her father jumped into save her. The outcome of the event was not typical but was the best outcome possible. Cruise creators Dan and Jay from Sailaway Magazine have an update on thier Carnival ban and Cannes has voted to limit cruise ship.
