It is motivating to have a goal to work towards. At times, working towards our goals, and especially not being to reach those goals yet, can be a frustrating experience. That causes stress and anxiety. When we don't feel successful, it's important take a moment to reflect on all the "wins" we have accumulated leading up the current moment. When we take time to be grateful, we feel centered and more motivated to continue to work towards success.
