Dr. Lisa Langston was a four-year letter winner in women's basketball under the coaching of Cherri Rapp and Lynn Hickey. She also earned two letters in track and field under Charlie Thomas and Ted Nelson. Dr. Langston earned first-team All-Southwest Conference honors in 1985. She received her Bachelors of Science with a minor in Biology from Texas A&M University, her Master's from Tarleton State, and her Doctorate from Texas Woman's University. She is currently working as the Athletic Director in the Fort Worth ISD and is the past president of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA). In 2019 Dr. Langston received the NIAAA State Award of Merit for her continuous dedication to High School and Middle School Athletics.
