Dr. Tom Evens is a Staff Specialist in Prehospital and Retrieval Medicine, New South Wales Ambulance. Recently a consultant for London Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), Tom was previously a coach for the British Rowing Team. He has worked with coaches from England Football, Rugby, British Sailing, and many others.

Dr. Evens has a vast knowledge of key concepts and techniques from the discipline of performance psychology, which will be helpful to clinicians practicing in high-consequence, high-load situations. Drawing from experience working with athletes and coaches across a range of elite sport and business organisations, he has identified performance and mindset skills relevant to the ambulance profession.
