Playing 40K

40k has literally escalated; the power level is really high, and some people feel they need to constantly buy more and more to keep up.

The change to rules can be tough for some players; its not easy to transition to new things and keep up.

What do you want to get out of playing the game of 40?

* If your goal is to be a top player, then it requires probably more time and money than you are willing to commit.

* If you really don’t care about winning so much, and just like playing what you like, then it’s pretty simple to just buy and build and play.

* If your goal is to be a BETTER player, than we can help, just remember that there will always be someone who has the latest and greatest or has come up with something that is really good.

It’s impossible to come up with the “perfect list.” There are only lists that you feel comfortable playing and lists that are more or less effective given the matchup you are up against and the mission you are playing.
