-Ride the streetcar down St. Charles Ave
-Check out a parade! Parades happen year-round, not just during carnival season.
-Check WWOZ's Livewire Music Calendar to find local live music
-Ride the Canal Street Streetcar to the top of the line to see the Katrina Memorial and see historic cemetaries unique to New Orleans. Also, check out Sacred Grind's Coffee House while you're in that area!
