When you don’t fully trust and back yourself and what you are here to do, feelings of self doubt and uncertainty come up- and when that happens we stop taking action and give up.

Trust is everything, in a relationship and in a business. Without it, it can’t flourish. We won’t show up with excitement and love, and actually won’t want to give it the time, energy and attention it deserves. So, how can we expect it to grow?
