If you’re in any way interested in personal development (and I’m guessing you are or you probably would not be listening to the podcast) and have access to social media and youtube, you’ll literally be smothered in what I’m calling ‘goals’ talk

But what if this time last year or maybe for some years now, you set your goals and for one reason or the other, haven’t achieved them? What do you do?
