Kerryann and I have been involved in Real Estate 5 years prior to joining Craig Proctor. We were average agents doing 5 transactions per year, maybe! In August 2020 I thought there had to be a better way knowing that there were other agents in our area that were really successful. I knew we needed guidance and a coach. We tried a local coach for 3 months and didn't get anywhere. I started studying and interviewing other coaches and when we had our consultation and saw the CP platform I was all in. From there I believed in the system and implemented it from the start as fast as possible. I started solo in Nov 2020 ascended to Platinum and got busy fast. I told Kerryann to quit her full time job and that I'd keep her busy and that was a game changer for us. She consistently began doing 4 sales plus per month within 3 months. When we consulted with Todd for guidance on a Monday consult, he said you need more help now, so we did! Oct 2021 is when we began to really grow. Now we are a team that went from solo agent to 3 OSA's and 1 ISA and 1 admin. We went from 55k GCI in 2020 to 125k GCI in 2021 and 250k GCI Q1 2022 I want to Thank Criag Proctor, Todd Walters, Rick Brash, Mike Boychuck and Bill Watson along with the entire CP Nation for getting us here.
