In this episode, I speak with Kayla Stra, professional jockey and tv personality in Thoroughbred horse racing from Australia.  Kayla won over 500 victories and was the poster girl for Australian horse racing.  She was one of the jockey's on Animal Planet's 2009 reality tv show, Jockey's.  Kayla is now a proud owner of a Santa Anita Hot Yoga Studio and still rides horse's for fun.  She talks about the pressure of performing while being a jockey and finding her feet when she went into a new business as a yoga studio owner.
