Joel is an Olympic medalist who has excelled at elite level in Athletics and Bobsleigh, representing Great Britain on the world stage in both sports. 

Joel won Olympic bronzein the 4-man Bobsleigh event at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics. He also claims a place in the history books when he clocked 9.96 seconds in the 100m at an English championships in Bedford
