TMD sits down in a vacant apartment on the West Side of Manhattan with Kara Birrell.  Rising stand up comedian, firmly planted in the NYC club scene let us know she isn't afraid to stab us if she needs too.   What a story she has to tell.   This is only part 1 in what will sure be an extended series with Kara and TMD.  We just scratch the surface of growing up in Michigan, getting sober with comedy, moving to NYC and being homeless living on the subway.  And for a little extra, we throw in what's it's like to be bipolar.  Let the good times roll!
