Recently there has been a lot of conversation and hoopla about leadership and who should be in leadership, especially within the Christian community. While I’m sure the debate will continue long beyond our time, there is 1 thing that cannot be debated, and that is the need for quality leadership. We all lead someone in our lifetime, and some lead many. So, we are going to spend the next 2 episodes exploring the importance of leadership and what makes a quality leader.
