Lauren-Grace (LG) joins the show to share her unique journey of becoming a 4'11” 105 lb Muay Thai fighter. Her dream was to go to West Point, be a cadet and then serve her country. Her plans changed when her acceptance was pulled by DoDMERB due to an outpatient kidney surgery she had at the age of three. Gritman and LG discuss how she dealt with this dissapointment, how she was able to move on, and her positive approach to life. Lots of great grit lessons in this episode.
