Michael is the creator of man under construction, a movement dedicated to helping men embrace their masculinity and overcome obstacles in their life.  The conversation Michael and I had was one of the deepest I've had with anyone on my show thus far.  I was honored to Michael join me and elaborate on his life and why he chose to pursue this path.
