Mona Silbert is among the coaches I deeply respect in this profession. The reason is simple: she courageously follows what’s true for her.

The result is a force of self-expression so pure it effortlessly carries value. The type of value you can’t imitate, only emanate. A value rooted in her presence, passion, and personality, which she shares with the world through her work.

Mona and I first collaborated on a business training program for coaches earlier this year, where we guided them through thirteen weeks of lessons, strategy, and connection. In that time, I got to know her, witness how she works, and talk shop about the craft of coaching. Hers is a connection that I’ve valued ever since.
