In 2013, eighteen days after a young research scientist was assaulted in her home, the perp was still at large, and the residents of the community where he committed his crime were terrified. But, all hope was not lost, as the lead investigator finally got the results from the PERK exam he submitted to the lab, and there was a match. Armed with addresses, recent contacts, and a public address system (?!), officers were optimistic justice would finally be served.
