As President and a Certified Property Manager, Rob oversees all of Terra Properties business operations. In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Rob assists with development, sales, leasing, and management of commercial property. Before moving up to the President’s role, Rob spent time sharpening his skills in all facets of commercial real estate. Rob started with Terra in the summer of 1989 as a commercial leasing agent. Since then, he has served as an asset manager, commercial property manager, and developer. His business acumen and leadership skills have led to successes outside of Terra Properties as an elected official, as well as in his leadership roles in BOMA, IREM, Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Kiwanis, etc.
