Father David Sacha, who is developing a Podcast, which we hope to debut soon. He walks around the lunchroom asking students about Jesus and what sports he might play if he was going to West Catholic High School.

We go to weight room to get a few tips from our strength and conditioning coach about working out during the holidays.

And then Mr. Fischer talks to head football coach Landon Grove as part of the WC Football Update.
