On July 29th, 1994, 13-year-old Thad Phillips was abducted from his own home in the middle of the night by 17-year-old Joe Clark in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

For almost 2 days, Thad was brutally tortured by Joe in a horrifying manner...by breaking his bones. Sadly, Thad was not his first victim and the truth would soon come out about just how much of a monster Joe Clark really was.
