In this Part 2 episode Frankie goes more in depth about language, tone and the best way to communicate to get your needs met from your spouse or partner. Frankie explains men say they don't like direction but they need specific direction. Men truly do want to please us so BE SPECIFIC. Frankie goes on to explain her Tuesday nights with her husband John and why they are so important. Frankie also suggests when you are angry and upset with your spouse to take a minute away and call a friend to help talk you through it instead of yelling at your spouse in anger. Language is important and you need to decide together as a couple the best words to use when you need a time out to discuss something.
