BRPR president Andrea Lekushoff sits down with world-renowned conductor and founder of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, Benjamin Zander, to discuss his two passions: classical music and helping people harness the art of possibility. Ben explains that a leader’s job is to generate excitement, drive, discovery, and the joy of sharing among their people, and uses the metaphor of an orchestra (a group of highly trained individuals poised to unite into an effective whole) to do so.
