There is a lot of uncertainty today that makes it easy to get wrapped up in fear. Fear is a natural reaction to things like job loss, financial hardship, etc. It goes beyond a matter of anxiety. There are times that fear is healthy. We should be afraid of some things. But it becomes disrupting to life when fear begins to cross that boundary from healthy to unhealthy. Unhealthy fear can hold us back from the things we need to do. We need to learn how to engage with fear in a healthy way, and to work through fear in a way that does not allow it to interrupt our lives. Tune in to hear how you can resist being ruled by fear.
