Kris and Amber discuss Indiana House Bill 1364 which loosens the licensing restrictions of barbers, beauticians & more! This House Bill was co-authored by Representatives Timothy Wesco (R) & Heath VanNatter (R) as a way to possibly help citizens who want to do this work on a part time basis without all of the schooling & licensing that is currently in play!
