After a nine year break my good friend Craig Locicero returns to the podcast! Initially I got in touch and then the Forbidden news broke and we had even more reason to talk and talk is what Craig and I can do. About everything from how this new line up happened to old war stories from our times out on the road. This was extra fun.

Of course no podcast would be complete without my inane rantings over certain metal news stories that have caught my eye over the last few weeks. There is praise for nu metal, Dolly Parton, Dave Ellefson, Dez Fafara and a certain someone finally gets called out for his world record sulking.
