What's up LifeRs!

We are our own worst critiques! I got to this place in my teaching, as a ballroom teacher, where I only focused on what my students were doing wrong and it put me in a bad place. I started to hate it because I was always focusing on what people needed to fix right then and there but I began to love it when I took some time to appreciate the good. 

What do you love about yourself? I know it can be a tough question for some but you have something great and you need to learn how to talk nicer to yourself.
