In Episode 142 we discuss the complexity of embodiment. It's not just about being present in the body (which is hard enough to accomplish!). Embodiment extends to presence within the energetic spaces in and around the body as well as to the light body, the Divine light/soul connection that exists beyond this physical realm. Discussion in this episode builds on themes of energy as a fluid medium we first explored in Episode 124. This meditation is an invitation to explore all aspects of your physical and energetic bodies.
