A personal brand is quite the paradox: it's personal because it's your essence and purpose...but it's not about you at all.
While you need to identify your cause and values, you first need to realize that a personal brand is focused on service to others. The catch 22 with this is that in order to do that and tap into the gifts, skills, and blessings you have, you have to really know WHO YOU ARE.
In this episode, I share why this is so important, how it relates to the concept of brand authenticity, and share an example from my life as a case study to hopefully get your ideas "popping".
