Today, Kara and Kylie are releasing their final episode of the NYQF Podcast as you know it. This was not an easy decision to make, but one that feels extremely in alignment with both of them, as Kylie is shifting further into the comedy space.

Not to worry, though, Kara will be taking a couple month hiatus, then will return by herself to take over the podcast and continue providing you with all of the education surrounding functional health, nutrition, fitness, mindset, and everything in between (alongside guest experts in the industry!)  ⁣⁣
