In this episode I talk a little bit about auditory processing delays in autistic individuals and a recent study from Case Western Reserve University and the University of Toronto that revealed that autistic brains process substantially higher amounts of information at rest compared to neurotypical brains.

I also talk about why listening to and considering the lived experiences of autistic people is so crucial for everyone to have a better understanding of autism and neurodiversity.
