Psalm 23: Life with the Good Shepherd
Psalm 23 is one of the most beloved passages in Scripture. It brings comfort and hope whenever it is read. David paints a picture of God’s shepherd heart for us. He desires us to know times of quiet waters and green pastures, but He knows that they won’t last in this fallen world. We will journey through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, and we will be surrounded by enemies. Ultimately we will find rest in His house forever. During the month of June we will begin our summer respite with an in-depth look at Psalm 23 and find rest and encouragement for our souls.
