Ok, so Will and Jimmy wrote a spec script for the Simpsons. It’s a real, earnest work that they hope to get in the right hands, so if you’re listening to this and you work in a certain city within greater Los Angeles, California, that could mean you. This is a big, open, putting-ourselves-out-there kind of episode, so take this seriously, please (even though it’s a comedy!). Admittedly, there were some cross-ups re: Simpsons canon that Jimmy and Will discovered they had while recording, but they still fully endorse this spec script as a prospective writing sample for their CVs (not talking the drug store, talking curriculum vitaes).
