Episode #144 – Verbal Speed Bumps
After 9 months of absence, we now proudly give birth to another episode Bad Rapport. You’re welcome for that visual. The first segment of the show was recorded when Luke was visiting Carrie’s house in Chicago last December, which means that segment is chock full of interruptions from the outspoken (and recently puppeted) Alexann. This also led to the creation of a new mini-segment surely to return in future episodes called “Luke And Alexann Do A Bit”. The rest of the episode was recorded recently over Zoom, in which Luke & Carrie review the hilarious, filthy, and quite popular R-Rated Satanic musical animated series “Hazbin Hotel”, whose first season can be seen on Amazon Prime. And before the show concludes with the reading of listener comments, Luke did a “What’s Luke Plugging Now?” segment that was so long, he decided to manually speed up the sound file to 1.5x just to spare you all an additional 10 minutes of hearing him ramble and yawn through his interminable list of promotional messages. Yikes.
But who cares? The best part of the show as always is the comedy music!
