Welcome back! This month we revisited a favorite franchise, then we finally checked a movie off our list that we've been talking about doing for ages, Anne got to rewatch a high school classic that did NOT hold up for her, we discovered the source of a beloved Disney voice, and we explored some MATURE themes. We tied it all together under the subject of cheerleaders. Mostly. IN THEATERS Terminator: Dark Fate - Fun and action-packed but not very original. THEME MOVIES But I'm a Cheerleader - A surprising, sweet, and colorful comedy. Bring It On - Let's see a remake starring the Clovers, please. Gotta Kick It Up! - What constitutes cheerleading? (And for that matter, screenwriting?) Poms - Spent all their energy on a great trailer, then had none left for anything else. E-mail us at [email protected], follow us on Twitter and Instagram @flickyeahcast, like us on facebook at facebook.com/flickyeahpodcast, and subscribe/write a review on iTunes! Intro music by Andre Kennedy. Like him on facebook and check him out on SoundCloud! Peace, love, and movies.
