If you are anything like I was in sports, a "late bloomer" (meaning, I didn't have the athleticism and body maturity to compete at that next level until after my high school days), you'll want to listen up! 

Today I bring on Taylor Bateman, who is the owner and performance coach at Off the Field. He helps train and develop young athletes, as well professional athletes!

We'll get to hear more about why he's so passionate about helping the youth get to that next level! What do they do at "Off the Field" that makes them so unique and set them apart from the others? 

I would encourage ALL to listen to this and share it with any parents or athletes that you know. If you've ever considered taking your child to a Sports Performance facility, this would be a great listen! 

I can only imagine what it would have been like if we had more access to these types of facilities when I was in high school!
