Today, Kathy welcomes Iris Ruth Pastor, and their conversation is called “let’s talk about recovery.” Iris suffered from bulimia for 46 years and she shares her story. The steps Iris took led to her recovery and we applaud her belief in herself and recovery. We need to stress that everyone’s recovery story is different and there are some aspects of Iris’s journey that were right for her that we would not recommend for others. We strongly believe the best way to recovery is through work with eating disorder professionals.
