This is three Minute Thursday, episode number 147. I know a lot of people have been telling me, Hey, Sam, you've been calling it three minute Thursday, but sometimes you go five minutes. Sometimes you go seven minutes. And look, man, when I'm on a roll, it just, Unfortunately, goes longer. But I'm gonna try my best to finish it up in three minutes. And I got to make sure I have the discipline to do that. I gotta be able. And discipline is discipline is important. It's important to form a habit. It's important to make sure things get done on time. Make sure thing finish on time. And three minute Thursday needs to be in that. And I need to have a discipline to make sure I finish it up in three minutes Thursday. But forgive me if it goes a little longer. Sometimes I feel like I need to say a little more. Put a little more content out there just to prove my point. Discipline is something that is so essential for all of us. Right? Discipline to form a habit. Discipline to work out. Discipline to exercise. Discipline to eat. Right. Discipline to stay away from sugar and flour. Discipline, you know, to say no. Sometimes, you know, our mind and our bodies, our mind and our body just says, you know, we need that little something. We need a little more. It feels good. So we keep doing it right. And that's discipline we need to have not to exaggerate. Right? Like, discipline on not lying to people, lying to your customers, not misleading people, not exaggerating of what we have there's nowadays. You know, we're in the social media age. Everybody posts this thing and portray how life is lived and how you are living, but which is actually not tru You got to have the discipline to not make your life look like a fairy tale. You know, B be Truthful, because the only person you're lying to is you and your loved one. Discipline. Discipline is very important. And sometimes we don't want to do the discipline. We don't want to practice discipline too much because we have that fear. Fear of maybe losing out. Fear of missing out. You know, if you have a discipline of saying, Hey, you know what? I'm not drinking alcohol. I'm not. I'm staying away from sweets. I'm staying away from this bad influence. But then you have that fear. And I have a fear of missing out. Fear of people alienating you people not trying to hang out with you because you don't want to drink or you don't want to eat or floss or exaggerate or something like that.
