To understand our current socio-political moment, we need to look back to the emerging of whiteness as a cataclysmic force. Colonialism and capitalism in the 16th Century set the stage for an apocalyptic epoch of white conquest, power, and dominance over much of the earth and its inhabitants. In what ways does this odious legacy still define our society, particularly as we teeter on the brink of environmental collapse and emerging fascism?
