Hoops Highball!

• Ingredients:

Bourbon

ginger beer

lime juice

mint leaves

• Instructions:

In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in 1 oz. bourbon and 1/4 oz lime juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint leaves for a refreshing twist!
