This week, we’re reading “A Stupid, Broken Leg,” a short play set in an emergency room. A father tries to defend himself against accusations of abuse after his son breaks his leg. Nolan Nightingale, our writer of the week, is pursuing his MFA in creative writing at Emerson College starting this fall and has had several of his works produced. He talks about his Road to the Pulitzer, brown sugar cinnamon Pop-Tarts, and Meowth.
