PHYSICAL HUNGER

-  Felt in waves. Goes away and comes back

-  Various desires

-  Satisfied by fullness

-  Patiently can be seen too

-  Necessary & intentional eating choices

EMOTIONAL HUNGER

-  Sudden & abrupt

-  Craving certain foods

-  Not satisfied after eating

-  Can be followed by guilt

-  Impulsive

-  Vibrations caused by thoughts
