Episode 15 features Sofia Kwee! Sofia is a sophomore at UC Berkeley studying data science. She loves to play tennis, run, hike, or go on any outdoor adventure in her free time. While Karina gives the high school perspective, Sofia gives the college perspective on finding balance in your life, managing stress, and navigating common peer and parental pressures. Karina and Sofia also chat about why mental health matters to them and how they have been feeling with distance learning in today's episode.
