In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I brought together two of the most important people in my life to speak about Black mental health. Miya Cottoms (Ep 3 & Ep 14) & Ethan Gaskin, a "dude with a brain" that proactively absorbs knowledge from his mentors join me to discuss the reality of our personal experiences & what we've seen in our community.
Black people deserve safe spaces & healthy conversations that can encourage the ending of generational cycles and bring a level of awareness to their behavior/environments. We unpack what comes with generational differences; how important it is to nurture & to be nurtured; and more.
The visual can be found on YouTube.
