Episode 15 - Caroline Hobden - It's all about Accountex
How on earth do you plan the 180+ speaker sessions for the UK’s Biggest Accountancy Show? Where do you start and how do you sift through the applications to find those speakers who will add value to the 8,000+ visitors?
As you know, every Wednesday LIVE at 12:30 pm I talk to the wonderful people who help and inspire Accountants & Bookkeepers to get where they want to be even if sometimes it is to stop being stuck.
This week I spoke with the Portfolio Director of Accountex, the very lovely Caroline Hobden. She told us of some of the exciting speakers that we have to look forward to at Accountex and any other bits of information that I can find out too. The wellness and sustainability and all the new theatres.
Caroline has been organising international trade shows for over 22 years within various different industries and countries. She loves what she does too, but never more so since joining Accountex. It is literally the best show She has EVER worked on. Caroline was always destined to work within accountancy as most of her family are accountants!
She also had a scoop on a speaker!!!
I am so excited about Accountex. I’ve not been since Covid, so to be back again this year is super special. Especially as I’ll be sponsoring and joining the Payroll Sorted guys for the duration.
