Mark Towne brings over three decades of leadership experience to the conversation, ranging from small teams to large institutions. His distinguished military career, including key roles in the Pentagon and serving over 200,000 soldiers worldwide, has provided him with profound insights into how trust impacts decision-making, teamwork, and leadership.

Mark is a graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, the Army War College, and holds both an MBA and a Doctorate in Education. His leadership philosophy focuses on building trust to solve complex problems in high-stakes environments.
