Constanza Segovia is the creative director of VEO VEO, a bilingual design and visual note-taking practice focused on using design as a tool to address issues of equity, social justice, and access to the arts. She is also adjunct faculty of Visual Communications at Tunxis Community College.

For 8 years she worked as a senior designer at CO:LAB in Hartford CT, assisting social-value clients with the creation of visual experiences that help them connect with what’s most meaningful to their audiences while staying true to themselves.

Her leadership experience includes having served on the board of the Frog Hollow Neighborhood Revitalization Zone for 3 years, and on the board of AIGA Connecticut for 5 years. Her roles in both were centered around community outreach. She is currently one of the leaders of the Hartford Deportation Defense collective, and is a member of the Immigrant Bail Fund’s steering committee.

Constanza was born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina and moved to the US at the age of 17. She lives in Hartford CT with her husband and his two kids.
